Mindfulness Meditation For T(w)eens is to help pre-teen and teenagers reduce their stress and anxiety levels when they are feeling more anxious and stressed at different times throughout the day. A lot of teens face bullying, sexual peer pressures, economic status pressures, and even home-life pressures that have led to the increase of suicidal rates amongst teens and they need to learn a simple, but powerful coping mechanism that can be utilized at any time they feel the need to.
